When I joined Delta Sigma Pi, a professional business fraternity, as a freshman, I found a community that shaped my college experience in ways I never expected. By Fall 2023, I knew I wanted to run for Director of Marketing—not just to take on a leadership role, but to give back to the organization that had given me so much.
Leading the Spring 2024 recruitment campaign, I crafted a cohesive brand strategy that highlighted DSP’s mission—helping students find purpose, grow professionally, and build lasting connections within the business world. Through creative design and digital marketing, I developed engaging materials that expanded our social media reach to 1,500+ followers and brought in 115+ applicants.
Recruitment Marketing
From designing bold recruitment banners and interactive brochures to producing compelling videos and digital content, I focused on making DSP’s impact visible, relatable, and inspiring. By blending storytelling with strategy, I helped position Delta Sigma Pi as a hub for leadership, professional development, and opportunity.

The video is a key part of our Information Nights, which take place during the recruitment period for students interested in applying to join DSP. By showcasing personal stories and real-life benefits, the video helps prospective members see the value of becoming part of Delta Sigma Pi, making it a crucial part of the recruitment process.
Instagram Presence
Leading a committee of six, I delegated specific post types—including member spotlights, recruitment content, and professional development highlights—to ensure a consistent and dynamic feed.
By implementing a strategic content calendar, creative storytelling, and brand-aligned visuals, I helped grow the fraternity’s engagement and visibility, reinforcing DSP’s reputation as a thriving business fraternity on campus.





Michael Hayes Race Recap –Marketing Content
As part of Delta Sigma Pi’s annual spring fundraising event, I captured and edited a high-energy recap video for the Michael Hayes Race 2024. Using my DJI Mavic 2 drone and Canon M50, I created compelling aerial and on-the-ground footage to highlight the event’s impact, participation, and mission.
This 5K race honors the legacy of Michael Hayes, a beloved DSP brother, while raising funds for the Michael G. Hayes Memorial Scholarship Fund, which supports students battling illness. The video not only served as a recap for this year’s success—raising $7,000—but also as a strategic marketing tool to drive engagement and participation for future events.
Day in the Life of Alumni – Instagram Content Series
I launched the "Day in the Life of Alumni" content series on Instagram, offering followers an inside look at the careers and experiences of Delta Sigma Pi alumni. This initiative provided engaging, real-world insights into how DSP has shaped members’ professional journeys post-graduation.
